Non issue of invoice, product received before 3 months

I have purchased one aquaguard water purifier booster in the month of May. So far I have not received any invoice/bill and warranty card. I inquired in the eureka forbes office at Visakhapatnam. But they told the invoice/bill sent by post. I am asking them to collect invoice personally. But they are supposed to tell the invoice should be sent by post. So far I have not any thing from this. How much time are they taking for this process. I have paid the payment through credit card. what is this to take the process for your company. This is not good for process the invoice preparation. If any one can paid installments, they above process is correct. But where there is single payment, You must supposed to send/give the invoice immediately.
