My name is Shreepad Malap Mobile no. 9920524632. I have taken annual maintanance contract from Eureka Forbes. Contract no. 00111686I Contract recipt no. 50. I have complained 10times to get service for water purifier and still nobody is come to repaire the product.

I kindly request u to look in to matter and please teach eureka fores good lesson.
