I ordered a water purifier online and made the payment as well. They did not send the product within 7 working days so I had to chase them everyday for about 1 - 2 hours. Just imagine a working man to take time out for these things. After chasing long, finally the product was delivered and we were told that somebody will come from the company next day for installation. So we waited for the person to come. When nobody appeared I opened the product and it was damaged. I made a complain on the helpline at once. The helpline executive told that somebody will call me within 48 hours. Nobody called. So I had to again chase helpline but they did not pick my phone. So I tried to dial the phone number of the dealer printed in the bill, but it was a faulty number. Did not ring. Since then helpline has given me about 3 - 4 numbers and the people who I speak on those numbers give me another 8 - 9 numbers. So all that they are doing is passing the call. And it is me who has to call everytime and spend my money over telephone for nothing. All I get is another phone number. There is no responsible man in the whole company. Day before yesterday I just put a dummy inquiry for another purifier and I got a call from their salesperson within 30 seconds. This tells that they are present somewhere but only available for sales. NO SERVICE. They might have purposefully sent me damaged product because I contacted directly on website and website has no face. I cannot grab one person and say "Hey .. I bought it from you." This way they have sold a damaged, non-working unit to me.
I wish somebody could help me as dealing with them is like eating your own mind.
