I have purchased Aquaguard (Reviva) from Eureka Forbes in the month of Jan. since that time this product is working very well, but last 4 days it is not working properly, purified water is not comming in the purified water tank of this product. I have made the complaint to Mr. Jitender kumar (sales execuitive) of this company on 25 march but he told me to lodge complaint on tel no. 01832228379. so according to his suggestion I have lodged complaint for above mentioned problem on 26 march. but till this time no body came for curing this problem.
