THIS IS NOT AT ALL EXPECTED FROM SUCH A LEADING BRAND .I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES, THEY SENT A SERVICE GUY AND HE HAS NO CLUE ABOUT THE PROBLEM, ONE PERSON SAYS CARBON LEAKAGE IS THE REASON FOR THE FOUL SMELLING WATER, THE OTHER SAYS I AM NOT AWARE "WILL PUT THIS TO MY SENIOR AND GET BACK TO YOU".

WILL GO TO UR SHOWROOM IN CHENNAI AND THROW THE PRODUCT THERE, YOUR PEOPLE DO NOT RESPOND TO OUR CALLS, ARE WE FOOLS? WE DO NOT HAVE WORK?
