Numerous calls made requesting a service for the water purifier but no visit made by the technician

Hi its been a while since i bought my water purifier from Eureka Forbes firstly no one bothered to come for the free service for the first year and now when its out of warranty they still don't want to come n service it in-spite of making numerous calls i'm fed up n feel like taking them to court for mental harassment... pls do something
