Sir I have made a big mistake of trusting and purchasing from Eureka forbes an Aquaguard Reviva total Ro water purifier on 31.12.2009.It was supplying smelly yellow water with white scales on the surface of supplied water right from very begining after repeated complaints lots of personal visit to their centres and lots of harrasement it was replaced with an even more defective piece and now nobody listens. please suggest what to do should I approach the consumer courts.
