I purchased eureka forbes (model name vijay) water purifier a month back. The problem started with installation. After installation we tried it for the first time and there was the issue of water leakage. I complained and after 4-5 days a technician came and fixed the issue. But there was the problem of water flow. It was very very less.

So i complained to their helpline on july 15th. Then after a week the unit stopped functioning and i started to complain on almost a daily basis. I was promised that a technician would visit our home. After calling so many numbers around 2nd of august a technician visited our home and after inspection said some electronic component has malfunctioned and you have to complain again for its replacement.

Then again i have been complaining on a daily basis and i have yet to hear from the company. Their customer care is the most unhelpful one. Somehow i got the number of the local center (020-30473894) and complaining there as well. But the result is same.

I am yet to see a company worse than this who dont care what happens to their products after it is sold. All their efforts are towards fetching new customers but once you buy their product you are on your own.

So my advice to all of you is to avoid this company and better go for other companies product and avoid the hassles i faced.
