We purchased two no of water filter about 3 months back. Immediately after installation, within a day or two, we faced leakage problem. The water leaks from the filter unit and drips continuously. We got a call from the sales office regarding the feedback about a month after the installation. We were promised immediate service but still the problem remained unattended.
I also made a tele- complaint (Complaint no: 0060506986 - executive name Ms Shefali) about a week back.
However till date, I havent received any call / nor any visit from the service centre.
I am really not satisfied with Eureka Forbes service and wonder how a company so old and reputed could ignore a customer for so long.
I regret having referred Eureka Forbes to several of my friends and relatives and vow to dissuade them from using your products.
