The Aquaguard Reviva was purchased in the month of November and installed in the third week of November. Since installation, water leakage was observed from the unit body and it was also witnessed by the Service Engineer of Eureka Forbes. Since then, no one from the company has visited and arrested the leakage. We have lodged a complaint with the customer care but no result was obtained.
Again in the month of Dec. the unit was tripping on short circuit. Complaint was put up with the customer care. No response from the company. Finally after 10 days, crew has come to check the problem and found out that stabilizer/transformer failed. They immediately left the place saying they will come in the next day and replace. The next day, no one has turned up. At last after five days, the crew landed to replace the failed transformer. It was immediately brought to the notice of the Sales Manager and it was very surprising to hear from his mouth that this is common factor with the unit.
The unit is still suffering with water leakage from the body.
