Eureka has the worst service on the planet. It's horrendous. We bought Aquasure Nano and have called them 3 times over the course of 4 months.
For every problem, we'll have to call them many, many times to remind them about the registered complaint. Every time, they'll promise that your case has been escalated and someone will attend the complaint by the end of the day. But no one shows up. For our most recent complaint, no one has showed up yet, it's been 5 days so far, although they promise a 48hour turn around time.
I am giving up on their products & service. With such bad service there's no need to keep buying/using their products when there's so many alternatives available in the market.
