I booked a RO based water filter (Aquaguard Reviva). I had to pay 10, 990/- in advance through cheque to place the order. I was told that the machine would be delivered the very next day. Next day neither did the machine did the machine nor any communication from Eureka Forbes. Next evening, when we still didn't hear from Eureka Forbes, I called up the customer service and I was told that the machine would be delivered that very evening. Guess what, the machine still did not come. In the night I called up the guy who had delivered a well rehearsed set of lies to cheat me of over 10k bucks and what I got was a couple of phone numbers (of so called Regional Manager & Area Sales Manager). But after trying to call them up for over half an hour, I realised that in Eureka Forbes they only believe in sales by going to any extent of lies. The next day, I have made several calls and what I was alwats told "bas ek ghante mein aa rahi hai machine". That never happened. I would like to beware prospective customers of this whol;e big fraud called Eureka Forbes. Go for it only if you want to know what nightmare is all about.
The name of the guy who sold me the machine is Rakesh from Dwarka. The guys (the sol called high level managers) Mr. L C Joshi and Mr. Ashok Debnath I don't believe in picking up phones. You would be left totally on your own.
