We have purchased one wet and dry model vacuum cleaner from a person who calls himself as rep. of EUREKA FORBES and showed a company issued ID Card. He offered some spl. attachments and free AMC for lifetime if we purchased from him. Because of that we purchased by paying MRP. amount in cash and he promised us that within a week we we will receive the spl offers as well as the original bill. Even after 15 days passed no such things happen. We called the customer care for that. They assured to solve the problem within 24 hours. No response till date.
