Poor service

I bought a vacuum cleaner currently registered on name of Mr. Ganesh keshri who resides in Jaduguda.we got some gifts on the purchase of the product.we were told that to receive the gifts we have to draw a draft of rs100 and send it to country wide network pvt.ltd. we followed all the procedures. few weeks before we received a message saying that we will receive our gifts in 7 days.but when it doesn't came we call on the the helpline no. but they clearly said that we can't help you.then we contact our dealer, he also said the same thing.
