I have Eureka Forbes RO Plant. I have signed an AMC (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT) with them. This AMC is still in effect. Around 20 days back my RO plant TAB went off. I called up the EUREKA FORBES and launched a complaint. Next Day, service man came to see the problem. Moment he entered he said, "OH! WE HAVE TO CHANGE THE TAB LEVER to fix the problem. BUT I DONT HAVE THE SPARE WITH ME". He added saying " I WILL BRING IT TOMORROW TO FIX IT AND CLOSE THE TICKET"
Since then, no one has called up and updated us what is the status of it. Also, no service rendered.
I called up 5 times. Even today I talked to a gentleman k. balamurugan employee id : 63789. He said he will escalate it tomorrow as today is MAY DAY.
Last week when I called up also the call centre person said that he will ensure by last saturday the problem will be fixed. Till date no improvements.
Being a consumer who paid for the service in advance, I am totally frustrated and mentally upset.
Please treat this as a complaint from my side and do the needful immediately.
