This is with regards to the problem I am facing with the service engineers of Eureka Forbes, I have purchased a Enhance RO from them and that was the biggest mistake of my life, it stopped working after 1.5 months and after contacting the service department for 2 days finally they arrived to fix it, but after fixing it the water starts leaking from the storage and then again after contacting them for 2 days they arrived today to fix that piece of... and now it is not filtering the water anymore. I have tried reaching that guy several times but now they are not picking up the call.
Can anyone help me how to go about it, I don't want to keep this junk anymore because even after they replace the machine I have to face the same problem with the service again.
