Eureka forbes limited (aquaguard reviva)
Not working

Dear Sir,

This is complaint regarding the aquaguard reviva RO which I have purchased from EUREKA FORBES Ltd. Invoice number is 2939104518 and customer Id is 1006722649 dated 22-Jan. Presently water is not getting purified at all. Technical engineer visited our house and said we need to change the filter which i need to pay. The warranty is still valid and we sparingly used filter as we are 4 in our family. According to the sales person he said we wil get minimum of 2 years without any additional charges for filter. Kindly take necessary action to resolve this at the earliest. I am very much disappointed with this.
