I bought an Aquaguard RO Total Reviva water purifier 6 month ago. Since last one month system is not working properly on November 1st i gave compliant (0059998890) they told will send engineer for doing the service, after no responce on Nov 15th i called again and asked the status they told issue got escalated and they will send the service engineer soon (complinant no 0060108063) after no responce again i called on 6th Dec and checked the status (complaint no 0060401914) they are telling the same thing. I am really fed up of this product.
