I am not satisfied with the product of Euroka forbes vaccumm cleaner. service is very poor. I tried to contact the costumer care but nobody responded to my complaints as it is a festival season, I purchase the machine so It can help me during diwali The machine has not supported me moreover it has given me electrical shocks two times. so plzz suggest what shall I do.
