NOT ATTENDING CALLS - PROBLEM WATER DRIPPING.
WE HAVE PURCHASED ONE AQUAGUARD I - NOVO WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER VIDE INVOICE # 11267 DTD 19/10. UNIT SERIAL # 2022874 WE HAVE GIVING AMC REGULARLY TILL DATE. OUR M/C IS UNDER AMC. PAID LASTELY FOR ONE YEAR.
THE COMPANY ENGG. / FRANCHISEE EXACTLY KNOWS WHEN TO TAKE AMC. HE DOES NOT TOUCH THE M/C TILL AMC IS PAID AND THEN VANISHES AWAY.
WE HAVE NOW A PROBLEM OF WATER DRIPPING SINCE 04.01.10. WE COMPLAINED HE CAME AFTER 2 DAYS AS THE AMC WAS DUE. THEN HE SAIS SOME PART NOT AVAILABLE, HE WILL RESTORE NEXT DAY. THAT NEXT DAY IS YET TO COME.
PLEASE HELP US. ASK TO COMPANY TO REPLACE THE UNIT. IF THEY CANNOT SERVICE THE OLD UNIT.
