Dear Sir,
I am Prabhakar Yagnyavalkya, Plot NO 24, Shakti Sai Nagar, Mallapur, Hyderabad 500 076. I have taken AMC from M/s Eureka Forbes for my water filter vide contract No 13978911 for a period of two years from 4th Aug to 3rd Aug.
For the first one year I have not received any service, in spite of my reminders to them. The reason they mentioned initially is that they have not received the data for servicing.
On my numerous follow ups with Mr Nagabhushanam of EurakaForbes on his mobile NO 98495 06985, I have received a full fledged servicing on July 10th. However, the quality of service is poor, as they don’t have a fuse to replace, the technician connected directly and promised that he will come back on 11th July and replace the fuse.
Though I paid for servicing for two years I hardly received service from Eureka Forbes and I brought it to the notice of Mr Nagabhushanam and he promised to take care of the period by extending the contract fro the unserved period.
Now, there is no service provided by them, nor they are feeling that they need to address my query.
