We have purchased a water purifier, model Inova, from Eureka Forbes in the year 2006 and later on 30.05.2008 entered into a service contract for a year which will expire on 29.05.2010. Recently we have encountered problem while operating the machine and on contacting the service center a service man did visit our house and temporarily mended the machine. when asked when the machine will be fully operational the person said that once the PCB is available they will replace it. After constant follow ups there is no positive reply, always we get a reply that within two days the new PCB is likely to arrive.
I have lodged a last complaint on 16.04.2010 at Nashik and the complaint No. is 5/16.
