I'm totally disappointed and angered by the way a company such Eureka Forbes handles customers. It seems as if the company is employing THIEVES, especially at its Hyderabad region. I had placed an order for a water purifier through your sales person Mr. ASHANNA who hounded me for a week to buy one. I had given an advance of Rs. 3000 on Sunday July 18. Since then my troubles with him & Eureka Forbes started. First of all he did NOT keep his appointment for installation which he said would be the day. After repeatedly calling him he finally lands up three days later with another guy and nine hours later than the scheduled time. Both those "morons" - (I'm being very nice when I'm using such words - he deserves far worse!) could not even figure how to install it when the water pipes/connections are already provided by the builder in the kitchen. After dilly dallying for 2 hours, they told me that I need to get a plumber to install it since they have no clue how to. That's when I got completely got disgusted with this whole deal that I told them I want to cancel the order and that my money should returned. After about 8 calls to all and sundry in every possible Hyderabad office, and another hour later, that fellow Ashanna returned only Rs. 2000 saying he would return the balance Rs. 1000 by that evening. So far he has not shown his face or taken any my calls to his cell phone. He seems to have vanished into thin air with my 1000 rupees.
I have been calling since the past ONE whole Week to the numbers given: (040) 32437773, 32437844, & his mobile 9618111236. That Eureka Forbes Customer Service is PATHETIC and HORRIBLE is a well known fact. But I did not know that it employed THIEVES who run away with customers’ money and harass them this way. No wonder India remains the worst country when it comes to its people.
If my money is NOT returned to me in two days I will go with all the names to the internet and newspapers and consumer court. In fact I will not hesitate to go to the police. Though as an educated and law abiding citizen I do not like to use my influential network for such petty things, I'm TOTALLY DISGUSTED with the company and definitely the sales person ASHANNA that I feel like getting him beaten up and put in custody by using my family members who are in AP police.
