Eureka - Gold Nova
Product not delivered

Dear Sir,

I booked an Eureka Gold Nova (Rs. 7990) on 29th April (order cum receipt number - 256032808) through their Sales Person, I was promised that the product will be delivered by 30th April but till today it is not delivered

Despite i have raised complaints to their customer care department (Request number - 84754343) on 6th May and webservice request number - 0c5e12e9ddcc .spoke to Area Sales manager Mr. Vijay, though he has promised to ensure the product is delivered 2 days before, till now i dnt get the product and when i called him he dnt pick up my call. Today again i need follow-up with the sales person and they are giving different reason for not delivering the product and he promised the product will deliver today, but it wnt. I need your advise how to proceed in this? should i proceed with police complaints on this.
