I have purchased 2 burner steel cook top 1 year back. Now I am facing the problem of gas leakage from one of the burner and it does not flame properly as well. Its auto ignition is also not at all working. I lodged the complaint about 2 months back with consumer help line number 1800 233 4595. They said that technician will come to check it. After some days, technician came and said burner has to be changed. No comment on ignition problem. He further said that burner has to be ordered and it will come within 4-5 days. After this till to date nothing has happened. I have called customer care for many a times. Each time they say we will send your comment and somebody will come within 24 hrs. For last more than 24 days also no one came. The technician who came first also does not pick up the calls. Are these burners so precious? Aren't they available at all? One day the leakage may lead to some serious mishap and then Faber technical person will arrive to see - nothing left in hand.
