Respected Sir,

I have purchased a double sim card Fly company mobile handset from Future Groups store One mobile at Lokhandwala Mumbai on 23rd Jan. From day one the handset is giving me problems I approached the store to inquire about the service center but they were not aware where to send the handset for repairs it took me 15 days to look out for service center. At the time of selling the handset I was told Fly company belongs to Sony Ericson and for any complains I can visit their Service Center. I managed to get the service center no from Just Dial services at Saki Naka (Accel Frontline Services Ltd) where I sent my handset for repairs I was told by them the data cable is faulty and it is not available with them and as 3 months have passed i will have to pay for that I agreed and to pay the part was not available with them. They asked me to come after 3 days. My phone was dead because without data cable battery cannot charge. After 3 days when I got the cable from them after paying them the handset started working for a couple of days and than again stopped charging. I approached one mobile again at Lokhandwala they gave me no of Mr. Sameer Mane incharge of Fly Mobiles for the area I spoke to him and he asked me to leave my handset at One mobile store in Lokhandwala and he will get it collected from there and see what is the problem. It took him nearly 15 days just to get the handset collected. in between i was talking to the store In charge Mr. Feroze and Lalit Singh I think either they are not paid properly by future group or they have not been given proper training how to talk to a customer. Today I receive a call from Mr. Feroze that there are problems with your Mobile phone and it will take about 8 to days to rectify the problem. I asked him for a service mobile and this Gentleman starting shouting at me like anything. As per him this was not his job but he has done a great favor to me by sending this to the Service center. My request to you is either you refund me my money paid to you or replace the handset and give me some other branded handset. Because I cant wait any further when Fly mobile is going to repair my hand set and when I have paid for a new mobile why should i accept a repaired My cell no is 9820016210.
