I HAVE PURCHASED A FORBES DESIGNA WATER PURIFIER ON 31/08.
WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK THERE WAS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN THE MACHINE.
I HAD TO RUN FOR WATER.
THE FAULTY PART WAS REPLACED.
TWO WEEKS LATER THERE WAS OCCURENCE OF ANOTHER PROBLEM IN THE MACHINE.
I SPOKE TO THE SERVICE STATION AND THEN THE TECHNICIAN WHO GAVE ME A TIME FRAME OF 48 HRS AGAIN.
I HAD TO RUN OUT FOR BOTTLED WATER ONCE AGAIN. SPOKE TO THE TECHNICIAN AND FIXED THE PROBLEM ON THE
PHONE MYSELF.
THREE WEEKS, WATER STARTED TO LEAK FROM ONE PART. CALLED AGAIN TO THE SERVICE STATION.
THEY SAID 48Hrs AGAIN.
FOUND A SOLUTION: OPEN THE TAP ONLY WHEN USING THE PURIFIER.
TWO WEEKS AFTER THAT ON 18/12, THE MACHINE JUST STOPPED.
CALLED SERVICE STATION AGAIN, 48 Hrs AGAIN, WAS USED TO THE ROUTINE AGAIN.
COAXED THEM AGAIN, WITHIN 30HRS TECHNICIAN CAME FIXED THE PROBLEM, CERTIFIED THE MACHINE
ABSOLUTELY FINE AND I AM STUCK WITH IT AGAIN.
NO REPLACEMENT, AM READY TO UPGRADE THE MACHINE BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO EVEN
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEIR MACHINE IS EVEN FAULTY... SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & SATISFACTION
