NON REFUND OF CANCELLED SUPPLY ORDER

I HAD ORDERED FOR SUPPLY OF a samsung mobile on on 09/07 but after one month they cound not supplied stating that the item is out of stock so i cancelled the supply of the items. but so far i have not received any refund from the company.

please help me
