Egarding refund of money

This to inform you that I MAHESH LOHIA purchased a refrigerator from your salesman SAIKAT CHATTERJEE with the exchange of old one. He told us that our AMC money of the old refrigerator would be refunded in 15 days from date of purchase, the purchase was effected on 03.09.2009.We are being informed that we would receive our money in next few days for last 5 months but we are yet to receive our money, if we do not receive our AMC money in the next 7 days we would be bound to take legal actions against u. So please kindly look into the matte
