My AC - AW05E03-001879 is under contract with Godrej vide 0706090237 for period 30-06 to 29-06
since Oct my AC is not working despite loding complaints no action has been taken till date, your service centres guys visited twice and diagnose the problem as Fan motor issue.
Despite this part is convered under contract these guys delaying the issue, when no one turned after 15 days after lodging another complaint another person came he too daignose the same thing and left saying i will revert afterward as we have to take godrej approval for the same as expected no revert for 4-5 days when we called centre head he bluntly said you are not under contract i cant see your details in my record i will have to check with godrej...
Again after 4-5 days we called up the same guy he told us he will consult with godrej about the part and let us know
What kind of Service Centres you are running i dont understand rename it as torture centres
Resolve my issue immediately else i will go to consumer court.
