I purchased a refridgerator from VIJAY SALE LTD, PCMC, Pune store on 15.10.2010 as I was working there in Chinchwad. When the delivery received by me on 16.10.2010 the fridge supplied was a demo piece and many thing of it were broken and damaged, when it was opened by thier workers to install they themselves said it is damage piece delivered to you. We returned it to Vijay sales on the same day.
Next 6 days later we are in receipt of Fridge of same quality (Whose main door was jan and cracked at the freezer door top side) and was reported to their sales person and manager of the shop. but not received any feedback.
Meantime I get transferred from Pune to Rahuri (Ahmednagar). We lodged the complaint with Godrej cusotmer care 3 times but no reply for resolution. Finally we received a call from one of the service centre of Godrej at Ahmednagar " RAM AGANCY" Prop/Br Hd - Mr Mangesh Meghnani, and his service engineer Mr. Gurav visitied for the same. We explained the details to him. After his report my wife got a call from RAM AGANCY with rude language and bad words. He said " You have to check the fridge when you purchased, As it is purchased from Pune so it is there look out, We will give you service but you have to pay additional charges for that." It means without helping he's making customer more tense and looting in such a way as Fridge is already in warrenty period.
I lodged this complaint with you to replace that Refridgerator from Vijay sales limited PCMC branch and provide the new one without any problem. As this is practice of VIJAY SALES and have many complaints from many customers.
Also kindly cancel the license of that Fraudulent service provider whose teaching the customer for way to purchase and service by cusoemr service centre.
