I bought a godrej double door 250 litre eon series refreezerator on 28/05.
on 29/06 one executive from gordrej came and demonstrate the functions of the refreezerator and advised my wife to buy a stabilizer for rs 1950.He said that this refeezerator will not work properly without the satbilizer. As my wife was not informed about this fact so she puchased, the stabilzer although i have one manual stabilizer. and our lighting system is properly no fluctuation of light at all. my question is that
1. if the company send the executive for demo. then the executive should give us the demo not compel for the stabilzer???
2. market rate of stabilizer is 1000 why they charge more??
3. why they refuse to refund the money and pick their stabilizer
4 if the stabilizer is needed then why not the dealer ask me.?
