Non receipt of Gift Items

Sir,

I have paid a sum of Rs. 7, 598/- for :

1. Philips Home Theatre

2. Benetton Wrist Watch and

3. Holiday Coupon

through Credit Card dt. 24.07.2009 vide. The same has been acknowledges also by SMS (with send name os TM-Book Club) )on my mobile vide acknowledgement no. 111101338 dt. 24.07.09 and Order No. 0GA090055497and Ref. No. ITBC0950200. The booking executive on the phone was Mr. Vimal Kandpal. I have contacted their Customer Care Centre (91 11 40502424) several times since the date of payment but I have not received my articles till the time of writing this mail

I shall have no alternative than to take them to the Courts within a week from filing this complaint.
