I bought a cell phone Model#57-AA 800-AR for Rs4, 000/=. in Nov.2009. When I received, I found it to be faulty, as it didn't charge, moreover it was not a branded product. I contacted Home Shop 18 and they instructed me to return the product to sender, who was in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. They refused to give me refund as my complaint had exceeded 15 days, which I did not know of their policy. I received the replacement but with a same fault. I complaint again. Their advise was same, to send it back for replacement. I returned & received the product 4 times, as it was a used phone, It had scratches on it, there was no Owner's Manuel & the Packing box was worn out, dirty 5th time I called the Home Shop t told them that I am sending the cell phone to them instead of to supplier. They agreed, after about 15 days they said nothing is wrong with the product. Now it's almost a month since I heard from them. Somebody did call me from a courier company, asking for my address, as they said the delivery man couldn't find my house It has passed 15 days.

Can you please help me to recover the money, as I feel them to be unreliable. If this cell phone get conked off after a couple of month, who am I going to turn to, which is my latest worry.
