From Homeshop18, I've ordered Voltas AC that was in-stock at the time of order (21st May). My order no. is 912553825. After 9 days (30th May) they told me that the product is not in stock and they are initiating refund process, my money will be back in my account with in 4 days. But till today, My order is not cancelled and even after calling their customer care several times, they have not even initiated the refund process.
