dear sir

i am vikas bhalla i purchase sony ericson handstZ555 from your Hot-Spot krishna Nagar on 2 may with care pack. Its starts creating problem for me from 6 may. I give it back to your Hot -Spot to change the cell instead of changing it they submit in the care pack and give the same cell thay are not ready to change the cell. I used only for 4days that cell and they are not ready to change the cell. i return them my cell more than 6times and they always submit in care pack and they are not ready to give me a brand new cell.presently the cell is again in the care pack ..I JUST USED THAT CELL ONLY "4 DAYS "

please look into this matter as soon as possible and provide me a brand new handset.my contact no. is 9555838823
