Delay in replacement

Dear Sir, Date Sept 8

We have purchased Microwave Microwave/IFB/20SC-2 on April 2. We are totally dissatisfied with your services; our microwave broke down on Aug 28 and repaired temporarily in after noon (your mechanic told us that inside wire is loose) and worked for few hours on same day in evening; and stopped working from next day morning. We called again to your service mechanic on Aug 29 & he visited our home on Sept 3 and told us that Magnetron is to be replaced. Hence our Microwave is not working from Aug 28 practically. We have made phone calls to your service center, but their behavior as well as replies is rude vogue till to day morning. We have purchased from M/s Kulkarni Brothers Dadar also informed them about behavior of M/s Elite Services. Now we request you to replace our newly purchased Microwave at earliest.
