I have made a complaint for our MICROWAVE OVEN POWER GRILL WITH COMBITEC (Model No.20PG1S) & Equipment Serial No. IFB0604/032/0446. There is a problem in the rotation of tray. In this connection I lodged a complaint 15 days back through your customer care. The next day an engineer visited my residence. But subsequently, the representative from your dealer did not visit and made the replacement. I'm also using home appliances of other products and I have never seen such poor services of IFB. In fact earlier I also used IFB Washing Machine. I never faced difficulties initially for a period of 8 years. Subsequently, I had given AMC & i faced the same difficulties of poor services extended to the customers. You are once again requested to advise your representative to rectify the fault without any further delay. It is mandatory for any company to provide satisfactory services to the customers after warranty period. I think IFB has completely failed to take care of this main issue. It is very important to provide good services to the customers which determines the standard of the company. Please look into my problem and resolve the issue.
