Pathetic service

Complaint no : 4895801 dated 6th Aug

I bought Microwave oven some 3 yrs back thinking the brand name and service provided will be world class however my experience with IFB service has been pathetic.

I had complaint to your customer service rep on 6th Aug. Representative came and told that a part would need to be replaced on 8th Aug however till today nobody came . leave coming nobody has even provided any satisfactory solution or call back.

I had a important get together on 10th Aug also updated your staff of the urgency and asked for alternative Owen till mine is fixed however they kept on giving me new dates. I feel as if I am being bluffed by a company which I admired till sometime back. Everytime I call your customer I have been provided a new no rather then a solution to my problem.

I have been calling IfB service centre daily and they are giving helpless reply that part to be replaced is unavailable.
