Non refund of amount on rejection of Offe

I was offered a Holiday package from India Today Book club (on 14.12.2009 & Booking order No.44001795) for Air Lines travel for my family (03 members) for Rs.5, 298 and I was informed that they are providing a Kodak Camera of 9.2 Mega pixel. When i asked clearly about the camera, regarding inbult charger, the executive clearly told me that it has in-built. Whereas I came to know that the camera does not have in-built camera. On 16/12 I had contacted the India today book club on 16/12 and requested to cancel my order. The concerned executive told me that they will reverse the amount which I had paid from my credit card. Accordingly I rejected the parcel. So far the amount paid through Credit card has not been reverced. kindly do needful to refund the amount of Rs. 5298
