My membership No of India Today Book Club is ITBC09129189. I was promised by the India Today Book Club staff that I will get free Reebok wrist watch if I buy Samsung Start touch screen mobile phone. I got instrusted and placed the order on 18 Oct. After many calls, I got delievery of mobile phone on 26 Nov, and now after 2 months, I have not yet received any free gift or wrist watch, jewellary or holiday vouchers. If this is the case and the company is not able to fulfill the promises made, no one should do online shopping or the payment should be made after we receive the complete consignment.
