As your sales representative by name Mr. Vivek called me on 16th of April approximately at about 1:00pm, and explained about your offer regarding,
Samsung Omnia i900 Mobile. With this I’ll be getting special offer of,
Philips LED TV 32 Inches Rebock Track suit Rebock wrist watch 2 days & 3 nights Holiday with Air tickets Rs. 10000/- Jeweler ocher.
I’ve made an online payment of Rs.14998/- on the same day, i.e., 16th April.
In this regard I’ve tried to know the status of my order, your help line guy was telling that my area will not comes under the service area of courier company.
Then I have given you my brother’s address of Raichur to deliver the goods.
But suddenly 2-3 days back one of your other sales representative called me and told that,
Sir, we very sorry that we are unable to send you the goods, because the guy who explained you about the offer was wrong.!
That’s why please accept the things what ever we want to send..!
I just wanted to know:
i) You people are mad or myself?
ii) The person who is talking to customer so irresponsibly, that your company is not knowing things what actually he is committing with the people?
I should get the goods what your guy has explained and assured at the time of booking.
Other wise I’ve take necessary legal proceedings in this regard.
