I booked a KODAK digital Camear with Rs. 9999 with online shopping compant India Today Book Club On the Third week of February and after booking and before delivery there was an acute medical problem in my family for which there was a huge expense of money so after discussing with the customare care executive I returned the product while it came at my door step by courior service. And after that I sent the several mail called the customer care executives several time but still now have not get back the refund. please suggest me how to get back the money or the Camera?
