Cooling in not prope

Dear Sir, I purchased double door refrigerator in April from Mehtab Sales (Damija TV Centre), Gill Road, Ludhiana but its cooling is not proper, working very badly

I have lodge my complaint with the dealer (Mr. Saini 9872435100), no response yet, every time you remind they simply say kal machenic aaega,

I just want to replace my set otherwise left with no option but to got consumer court
