Kenstar
Microwave not working very poor service

I have purchased a kenstar microwave in Nov and after 7 months it stopped working. I called the customer care as it was in warranty period, The technician came after 1 week and told some part needs to be changed. Now, its almost 55 days after registering the complain, there is no response nor any updates from Kenstar.

Very bad and poor service. No one takes the responsibility and the customer care team also repeats the same words every time. Never expected such a pathetic service from Kenstar.
