Faulty Material of body

Hi,

I bought Kenstar cooler, Cyclone Model: CD which is working in good condition. However, the outer body is craking and its letting the water flow out while running the cooler and the outer plastic of the body has become fragile which keeps crcking on its own. I believe that its a manufacturing defects which needs attention of the manufacturer. I tried the customer care but did not get any response from their end.

Please let me know how do I approach to resolve this problem.
