I have puchased Kenstar air cooler (Turbo) on 8th of March for 6, 500 Rs. This Air cooler never worked as Air cooler. It just works as a fan. The pump works every other 2 days. I got fed up calling Kenstar helpline and no technician responds. I called 10 times today without any success. Please do not ever purchase any of the Kenstar product. We are in the middle of summer and I can not take any other cooler either. I want to take this up with consumer court as well, Please let me know formal process. Me and my family are going through mental and physical trauma.
