I have purchsed a Kenstar Ovan within the guareenty period have put a complaint to Nashik Kenstar Nashik Office on 24th Sept. complaint No is NAS 2009110100, the person came for repair & took the control panel & said us that he replace the panel with in 2-3 days, but after a month neither the Kenstar office give us the proper reply nor any authority from Kensatar.
