I had a complaint with the switch board and got it fixed after much delay for my microwave. They said they had completely changed the circuit board and switches but here i am now facing the same problem again. I tried calling the customer care person but every time i was asked to call up another person/number. This was extremely annoying because i got tossed around like a thing without even being able to lodge a complaint. why is there a so called customer service desk when you have no intention of even listening to what the problem is? This kind of service has made me regret getting one of your products.
