Microwave Replacement
We bought Kenstar microwave on 1/5/ 2009. Just after few days we started facing issues with it. The problem was that it stopped working. We complained about the same to the company which in turn sent a mechanic who replaced one of the parts. Again after few days we started facing the same issue. We expressed our desire to replace the product as we didn't pay for a defective piece.within 8 month from the purchesed it has 2 complaint, But company again sent a mechanic who failed to understand the issue and recommended to get the product replaced.
Calling Kenstar microwave ovens terrible would be an understatement. The customer service is pathetic beyond description. They are just looking to fool customers.
